About the Business Data We Hold
The California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") has come into force as of January 1st, 2020. It grants Californian consumers and/or residents with a comprehensive set of data protection and privacy rights regarding their personal information effecting entities who conduct business (as defined in the CCPA) in California unless they are exempt or fall into one of the categories for exceptions - (see Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100-1798.199).
All of the personal data Leadiro processes is business-specific and comes from publicly available sources only. However, as these public sources are not limited to government or federal sources only, and because Leadiro meets the criteria of a business under the CCPA, all Californian residents and consumers may ask us to refrain from selling their personal information and can opt out of Leadiro by using the following self-serve link:
Please ensure you enter your business email address. We do not hold personal email address (gmail, hotmail etc.) so if you enter a personal email it will return a result that says no data is held. We will email you to that address with a record of all the data we hold.
